GE 4.11\GVH 2.12.0: Geocortex keeps showing the related values for the first searched word while fails to show them for next searched words,

Despite the fact that the identify tool works fine at the level ArcMap, it appears to fail in Geocortex as it keeps showing the related values of the FIRST SEARCHED WORD and ignores the relates of the NEXT SEARCHED WORDS

For example, in the screenshot below, the word “zeita” is searched and the related values are displayed correctly. However, now, when searching the word “qaffin”, the geocortex keeps showing the related values of “zeita”! The only way to correctly show the related values of “qaffin” is to refresh the browser!

What could be the issue here?
