ArcGIS online base map service not visible after update to HTML5 2.12.1

Hello,

 

A user has reported that the ArcGIS online 'USA_Topo_Maps' map service' (https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Topo_Maps/MapServer)  is not visible on our public map viewer (https://mcgis2.mohavecounty.us/html5/?viewer=moh)  when checked. This issue started after updating to GE 4.11 / HTML5 2.12.1.

 

This map service is visible when checked while I am working in GE Manager. A 'Test Connection' check is a 'Success!'

 

Any ideas?

  Ok, I figured it out.

   

  In GE Manager > Map > Details tab > 'Service Type' field had 'Dynamic.' Deleted this, left the field blank and now the map service in question is now visible again when checked.
