How to add new layers to the map and the layers list

Hello,

I'm trying to add graphics layer to the map programmatically. I'm using AddGraphicsLayerFeatures activity to create the layer and to add features to it. It works well, but I want to add the layer also to the layers list, so I can later change it's visibility/symbology... etc. UploadData tool (from the viewer) adds the data as new layers to both the map and the list and I need a similar behavior.

 

Is this the right way to add new layers to the map or I'm missing something?
