How do I launch a Workflow5 workflow in the HTML5 Viewer launch URLs
Is this possible?
For Workflow 4 you add the workflow to the site in the Workflow section and then add 'run={WorkflowName}' to the launch URL. I want to be able to do this with Workflow5 hosted either on premise or AGOL.
I don't want the workflow visible in the Viewer anywhere, only to be launched by the URL parameter.
Thanks

Thanks Sean, but that will add the tool to the toolbar, i don't want the tool to be available anywhere in the viewer, only to be ran from the URL.
For background, what i'm trying to do is replicate the ability to switch on a layer by adding a parameter to the url (which was possible in Silverlight, but seemingly not in HTML5). So i'm trying a simple workflow that switches on a specific layer and then running the workflow using the 'run=' parameter in the url.
I created the workflow in workflow 4, registered it with the site and it works as expected. However there appears to be a bug with the 'SetMapServiceVisibility' Activity in workflow 4 which means you need to change themes before it will work.. I don't want to add unnecessary themes to my site so i thought i'd try it in Workflow5 see if the bug persists. Alas, it appears you can't run a workflow5 without adding a tool to the viewer in some way :|0 -
Hi Lloyd,
Were you able to find a way to do this. I am also wanted to run a workflow 5 workflow from the URL.
Thanks,
