SwitchToLayerTheme does not seem to be working

I have an Essentials workflow that used the RunExternalCommand  to allow users to switch between layer themes.  I was working in the past, but now the SwithToLayerTheme command doesn't seem to be working.    I'm running HTML5 Viewer 4.12.1 and and Essentials 4.12.  Is anyone one else seeing this problem or has there been a change?

  Yes, the upgrade to HTML5 viewer 4.12.2 fix the problem!
