Document Store Request for docs_*/_refresh took xxxxx milliseconds
In the last 2 weeks, the Essentials logs have been reporting a repeating error that has this this signature:
Document Store Request for docs_*/_refresh took 2745 milliseconds
This is our busy time of year and have 2 dozen viewers running in production.
When the memory for the EssentialsAppPool4 reaches over 1 GB, things stop working right (printing, workflows, etc.). During this time, the Geocortex Core remains at about 600 MB.
I'm now recycling the EssentialsAppPool4 at 3am and also when it reaches 1 GB, but we are still getting those warning in the logs.
Any other suggestions?
Should I re-start the Geocortex Core?

I think explains my issue: https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkbaDetail?sub-nav=kba&main-nav=essentials&id=kA3f2000000SiG9CAK
We already increased the frequency of recycling the AppPool and plan to increase the CPU and memory next.

By the way... the increase in CPU and Memory did seem to make a difference. We starting noticing this when one of our viewers was upgraded from version 4.6 to 4.9. We needed abandon the upgrade and then tried again from 4.6 to 4.12. Unfortunately, we are running into the problem again with 4.12.
Does anyone know what is actually being stored in the "Document Store"? Since the warning itself indicates that document store request is taking a long time, what exactly is it requesting?0
