Template Subworkflow to populate drop down list only a few records in Go but ok in GVH

I have added the same workflow to both GVH and Mobile. GVH returns all 163 drop down results however Geocortex Go both Windows and Android return only the first 5. Go is also not returning a text field value that GVH is.
