Double join in Report

What is the best way to handle a double join in Geocortex Reporting 5?  See the attachment for details.  My main report is based on the Parcels layer but I need to retrieve the Civic Address from the AddressPoints layer.  This is based on a join from RDN_ID to the LotAddressLookup table and then from this to the AddressPoints layer based on the HOUSE_ID.  Do I:

a) Create a sub-report within a sub-report or

b) Should I just have one sub-report with the double-join defined within it?

Also HOUSE_ID in the Address layer is an esriFildTypeDouble whereas in the Address table it is an esriFieldTypeInteger.  Does this matter?
