Getting 403 proxy error when trying to access workflow from viewer

I'm getting an 403 proxy error when trying to access a workflow from the HTML viewer. I think the error is related to the proxy, but not sure. The account accessing the viewer is the same that owns the workflow.
I did notice that logging into workflow designer, the URL is different from the URL when logging into portal, hence the proxy error?

Hi Linda,
A few questions to help clarify your configuration:
- Are you using on-prem Workflow registered with Portal?
- Is GVH using the same Portal as a sign-in provider?
- Is the URL used by Workflow included in GVH's proxy.config file in IIS?

- It was not. I added to the config file and it is working now
