What is the Telerik UI DLL used for in Essentials Manager?

A vulnerability has been reported with this DLL and we've been asked to patch it. Just wondering what this might affect.

  Hi,

   

   

  I've added you as a stakeholder to the existing bug ticket (BUG 38004) for this issue. We have not tested Essentials Manager with a newer version of the DLL, if you replace the DLL on your own then you could run into unforeseen issues with the Essentials Manager interface. I don't have an estimate on a fix for this issue at this time.

  Thanks, Mike.  Based on a form to determine severity of the issue, we have approximately 1 month to fix the issue.  We can test the new dll on a sandbox installation first and see what happens, I guess.
