Dark mode for Documentation Center

As someone who spends a significant amount of time using the Geocortex Documentation Center, I would appreciate being able to change the UI to dark mode. Many other applications now feature a dark mode, to reduce eye strain and improve visibility for users with low vision and those who are sensitive to bright light.
