Print Job Log - Missing Layers
I've got a base map that is not printing, but displays fine.
It used to print, but stopped for some unknown reason.
Where can I find out the requests that were made in construction of a print job?
I can't seem to find any job logs for prints.
The jobs are appearing in C:\ProgramData\Latitude Geographics\Temp, but there's nothing informative in there.
Thanks,
Peter

Turns out the owners of the service upgraded the ArcGIS Server that publishes the base map from 10.4.1 to 10.7.1.
I add that layer to a near empty site and it prints using one of our templates.
I then import the layer out of the near empty site and put it in our prod site and it prints as an empty layer.0 -
Hi Peter,
You could check the Essentials REST logs for more information - they can be found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\App_Data\Logs\
Hope that helps!
All the best,

Hi Stephanie,
I've got a couple of 10.7.1 issues but with the basemap above it turns out that if I have the layer visible when the site loads then it prints, but if I don't have it visible then turn the layer on in the web app then print it doesn't.
It only happens with this service.
