Allow the timeslider function on Geocortex Mobile

At present it is only possible to use the timeslider function within Geocortex Essentials and the HTML-5 viewer, it would be useful to allow users to use the timeslider function within Geocortex Mobile to allow users to scroll through temporal data on a mobile device.
