Unable to open Geocortex Essentials; failed attempt to register with the Document Store

Looked in the BootStrapper log and it looks like it may have gotten hung on the step Attempting to register with the Document Store...

 

Failed attempt to register with the DocumentStore: Unable to connect to the remote server.

 

 

No maps will load and I am unable to open Geocortex Essentials (4.10). Any suggestions? Thanks!

  Hello, have you managed to sort your issue out - we are having a similar issue when trying to re-install the core?

  No, we have been unable to sort it out. Also, we're stretched thin, so we haven't attempted a reinstall. We have had to stand up our maps on an alternate platform.

  Were you able to find a solution to this problem other than an alternate platform?

  I am experiencing this at the moment. Reinstall seems to be only route
