This morning (November 4th) the pop-up 'GeoCortex must be licensed for use in production applications' appeared in a production workflow. This happenes occasionally.
Why does this license pop-up appear? Did you do a backup or a restore or did you install new software last night?
Can we do anything on our site as a 'user' of your SAAS solution to prevent this pop-up from popping up? Is it useful to run a script every monday morning so the license is activated if you did a new install or something on your servers which causes the licenses to be recreteated or reread.
Please help us, because it looks unprofessional if our website gives a pop-up stating we did not pay our license while we do pay it.
Thanks for your response.

We also get the same warning message or a message that says something about an invalid license token every time we visit one of our Geocortex 5 series product pages and try to sign-in. Pressing 'Cancel' and signing in a second time always dismisses the warning. But like Luuk said it is not ideal behavior...

Hi Luuk and Zach,
Could you provide some information about your current installation environment:
- Are you currently registered through a custom subdomain that accesses the SaaS environment, or are you seeing this through the production environment at apps.geocortex.com?
- Which products are you currently licensed for and are seeing the licensing nag with?
Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,
we create and use our workflows through the url apps.geocortex.com. We have licenses for Geocortex Essentials 4 and all the Series 5 products.
Yesterday around 14:30 CET (6th of November 2019) we had the nag screen again.
Luuk
