    But even after making the change, and setting a custom format it is not reflecting at all.

     

    Any ideas why?

    It can be related to server settings, settings of the identity of the Essentials app pool, client OS and browser settings.

    I have already cleared the cache, and run it in incognito mode but to no avail.

     

     

    Whatever be the setting (we're running on default for most), it should refresh and reload in 24 hours - correct? I checked just now and no change whatsoever.
