Is there a way to format field names in the results list?

I feel like this might be obvious, but not sure how to do it.  I'd like to be able to format the field names in the results list so certain field names are highlighted in some way (bold, red, etc.).  This would allow a user to quickly find the important fields in a list, while not supesssing everything else.  I know I can re-order them, but this is an external service our GIS consumes and I'd like to not alter the order/structure of the attributes if I can avoid it.

  The format of the results list can be modified by setting the layer's Feature Description. This is the screen that's shown first when a user identifies a feature, so this is where you should set the most important information a user needs.

   

   

  The details screen on the other hand cannot be modified (apart from things such as date format and number format)
