How to monitor Geocortex Core cluster

Hi,

 

I would like to know if it is possible to monitor the Geocortex core cluster, by using a rest call.

 

We have 2 servers with Geocortex installed and 2 servers with only core all in the same cluster.

 

Sometimes a server is knocked out of the cluster and we have to restart the core service on that particular server.

 

This can be seen in the  Rolestatus.exe DocumentStore->Extra details.

 

 

I also like to know how to repair a cluster that is out of sync?

  Hi,

   

   

  We recommend 3 node clusters, no more, no less.

   

   

  If a node is getting removed from the cluster then you should be collecting the Core log files and submitting them as a ticket for support to review. Restarting Core is the only way to get a node back into the cluster.
