When the Get Layer activity is returning the url for the layer on the GCE Rest endpoint... how do I get the url to the ArcGIS endpoint?

I have a workflow for a site that we developed for and then migrated to a client. I need to be able to get a layer url (and token) for layers from the site, but on this environment the Get Layer activity is giving us the Geocortex layer information and not the ArcGIS info that I'm after. Possibly related: in the client rest endpoint (Essential 4.11), the connection string for services displays as "N/A". Ideas?
