Show map tip or identify result of each feature in web viewer

Hello support,

 

I am trying Geocortex web viewer , but I am currently stuck at showing map tips/identify the feature on web viewer. Could you please help me with that?

 

I did a buffer search in workflow 5 and show the results in the search buffer into a list. I want to pop up the details information of each practice when users choose the different practice on the list. Can you please guide me how to do that? Thanks. (The same workflow works well in web app builder, but as the show pop up didn't work on web viewer, the workflow is currently not working in web viewer)

  Hi Ting.

  You have a couple of options.

  You can use Workflow to show the list and do the work, or you can pass the set of buffered results back to Web as a results list and then use the Web interactions.

   

  If you want to use Workflow to do this (looks like from your screen shot) a suggestion to help you along.Use the Create New Workflow (suggest you try loop through features) within Geocortex Web Designer for the features you are interested in to see an example workflow that is properly wired together. You should be able to borrow relevant parts of that generated worklfow to help you complete the one you've already started.
