Changing Basemap in Chrome - HTML5

Hi all,

I'm using Geocortex 4.10.3 with 2.9.2 HTML5 Viewer. 

The issue I have is geocortex site has a couple of Basemaps but some users cannot see all basemaps in Chrome, it is working fine for all users in internet explorer.  

This is the version of Chrome"(Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)), but not sure it is anything to do with Chrome, because it is working on the same version on some machines. 

Appreciate any help.
