After launching Geocortex Go on my phone and logging into my AGOL account, all my mobile solutions have a warning sign and a message pops up that says "This app needs to be updated before you can launch it. Please contact your administrator" .

Which app does refer this to? Geocortex Go or each of my mobile solutions?
I also uninstalled/reinstalled the Geocortex Go on my phone and I get the same message.
Lastly, who would be the administrator that the message is prompting that I should contact... I hope it's not me 😂

Hi Mike,
5.5 introduced some breaking changes, which means that the 5.5 version of Go can no longer open 5.4 and older versions. Please see the release notes:

Is there a way to re-install version 5.4 of Geocortex Go on my phone or do I need to download and install the latest version of Geocortex mobile on our server and repackage our mobile solutions?

We do not normally distributed older versions of Geocortex Go (it cannot be obtained through the store, since the stores only distribute the 'latest'). You can either update Geocortex Mobile Designer on your server, or use the SAAS version of Mobile Designer which has been updated to 5.5.
