Can't add print template to HTML5 viewer

Hi all

 

My team has installed printing 5 as on premise installation. I have created a template, but when i try add the template i can not find it? I tried pasting the url from designer and typing in the name. I can however, see any templates that have been made public on ArcGIS Online? The template appears in my organisations arcgis online account and it has been shared to the organisation.

 

Anything i should check?

  Hi Peter,

   

  Instead of searching for the full URL, if you only search for the item's ID or keyword, you should see the print template returned.

   

  If you are running into this issue with GE 4.13, we have created a fix that will be available in GE 4.13.1, which we hope to release later this month.
