    Hi Stephen, I put in a support ticket and it was resolved as a bug that was reintroduced with this version. Hope that helps, and that's good to get more stakeholders.

    Hi Stephen and Sean,

     

     

    I had the same issue using 10.7.1, try to remove (Dynamic Workspace) will fix the issue.

     

    Go to ArcGIS Server Manager -> Services -> Capabilities -> Uncheck Dynamic Workspace and restart the service then the layer should be visible in Geocortex viewer without issues.

    I am also having this issue. Cannot view annotation. When I tried unchecking Dynamic Workspace on the service the whole map service was not visible in my viewer.

    Hi Stefan, I have noticed from the release notes that this issue indeed has been resolved in the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 release 4.14 (40774: Fixed an issue that caused annotation layers to not draw if the containing mapservice supported dynamic layers) because we are using the Dutch version of this viewer (GeoWeb) we are not able to easily upgrade to this version. Is this issue by any chance resolvable by replacing just one file or editing one config file? We are currently upgrading a lot of customers to GeoWeb 5.6 (based on HTML 5 viewer 4.3.13) and they all find this a big issue. We are aware of the Dynamic workspace work around. Please advise.
