Copy and Paste Form Dropdown Element

I can copy and paste form elements that are TextBox or Number, but I'm unable to copy and paste a Dropdown List element. Since these often have the most complex structure, it would be very helpful to be able to copy and paste one that was completely configured - leaving just a few items to update for the new element (e.g. source layer, element name, label, value, etc.).

Is there some trick to this that I missed?
