Displaying Labels for Hosted Feature Layers with Point Geometry

I have a handful of feature layers with labels in my site that are hosted on ArcGIS Online. In my viewer I only see the labels configured for line and polygon layers. Layer actions for line and polygon layers include the ability to toggle the labels on and off. I do not see the labels that have been configured for point layers, and in the layer action menu, label toggling is disabled. Any ideas how to fix this?
