Ability to add Notes to form elements

Building complex forms now can get kind of crazy with all of the different form elements you can add to one form. It'd be nice to have the ability to add Notes to individual elements in the form so we don't have to dive into the Events sub-workflows to see what they're doing or to see the notes.
