Is there a 'Timer' Activity?

I am developing a workflow for my client and a requirement comes in my path that i need to refresh my itempicker in every 1 minutes. As the tool is for an emergency team they really need this functionality to be implemented. Is there 'timer'activity in the workflow so that i can complete my requirement.

  You could use a Delay activity and then add a path from its output back to your functionality to re-run your query.
