How do I get rid of the licensing message in the viewer?

    Hi Matt,

     

    Are you still experiencing this issue? I checked the viewer and it appeared to be ok! The Switch Viewer workflow is a 5-series workflow, correct?

     

    For anyone else who might run in to this, you can delete the DAT files from the folder indicated below. This will empty the current license. Then you can run the post installer for your Geocortex product, navigate to the license section and re-license. This should fix the license for all Geocortex products.

     

    C:\ProgramData\Geocortex\Licenses
