Incorrect REST URL for Site Information

Our web server machine name is "s-web-01". The REST URL shown for every site begins with "https://s-web-01/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/". That url isn't valid and needs to be changed to the proper public url. This is affecting the ability to upload attachments. We're getting "Forbidden" errors. How is this configured?

  Hi Scott,

   

  The Essentials REST URL can be updated in IIS, by expanding Default website, expand the folder for Geocortex, click on RestManager, and under ASP.NET, select Application Settings. Right-click on the "EssentialsUrl" and click on Edit, then change it to whatever you want the new value to be.

  we have to change all of our sites from .com to .gov

   

  is this the proper fix for that as well? how about for the main essentials install?
