Form header title don't show in Geocortex Web

When a workflow is run in Geocortex Web, the form header title is not displayed. Is this expected behaviour?

  Hi Jostein, did you manage to find a solution for this problem? I've encountered the same issue with GXW 5.9.

  Unfortunately no. Instead, I added an extra text element with the title I wanted
