Colorpicker not available when symbolizing layers
When a user uploads a layer, there is a pop-up that allows you to choose the symbology of the layer you are adding.
However in our case the fill color and outline color cannot be changed.
It does say : "Color: Outline Color: " in the pop-up, but there is nothing to click on.
Similarly when using the visualization option in the layer context menu the same thing happens. After I use the attribute symbology type it assigns colors to the different categories, but it doesn't allow me to change the color.
I am assuming that I should be changing the desktop.json file, but I am not sure how to do this.

It does not seem to be browser specific. I have tried in Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer. Most of the staff in my organization uses Edge.0 -
Does the map service "Allow per request modification of layer order and symbology." Found in Capabilities. 0 -
