How to configure Dynamic Definition Configuration for Layer Symbology

I have a feature layer with project Status : 

1.  Approved 
2. Planned 

Map service has 2 categories symbolized with two icon (Green color and Red color) but in same layer. How can I display it using Dynamic Definition Configuration. (Need to change layer icon dynamically). 

 

 

Can we configure this in Geocortex  4.13
