Behaviour when updating Viewer from 4.13.10 to 4.13.13

While preforming some geocortex updates (essentials) I upgraded our viewer template from 4.13.10 to 4.13.13 and as usual as soon as I opened manager it prompted me to update the viewers. As soon as I did, the update hung up. I let it hang for about 15 minutes before I refreshed the page (there was no errors on the site inspector or in the network). Upon refresh it appeared that everything was updated to 4.13.13 however now I had two of each viewer (when you expand a site it lists the viewers and there was two of each). 

 

 

I was able to figure out there wasn't actually two viewers it just decided to duplicate the launch links, and one of them was a very random url of just letters/numbers/characters. I removed this from the launch links and everything appears to be normal.
