    You get errors in the user interface or in the browser console?

    In the user interface, I get an error that says "This Organization Account has Expired." But we also lost access to Pictometry Online at the same time, which is licensed separately. The timing was suspicious, hence why I'm checking in here.

    Hi John,

     

    Are you still experiencing this issue? Sounds like you may need to update a license with Pictometry. This page in our docs has information about that. There's also an example specific to Pictometry here.
