Feature Picture Box is displaying blank in Geocortex Reporting v5.9.

I ran the report from a Geocortex Web app on-premise using workflow v5.16. My datasource is ArcGIS pointing to a FeatureServer. Does Feature Picture Box work only in Geocortex Viewer using Essentials?
