We couldn't figure out why the “identify” tool ends up with administrator error taking into consideration that their is no errors appear at the manager level (site)

One (or more) of the layers will cause an error on identify. You should be able to see which layer in the Network tab of the browser developer tools. 0 -
Thank you Nice, the error was in the orthophoto service, and after uncheck the identify button for this layer, the error disappear, but why the manager does not alarm me in this case? Best Majdoleen 0 -
I guess because the manager can read the configuration correctly, but the identify operation gives an error. 0
