tapping issues on iPads

Our viewer seems to have some issues with tapping on iPads. Drawing a single point works fine but where more then one point is required - like for measuring distances or surfaces or drawing polygons - the first point can only be registered by double tapping which also finishes the tool. Is there a solution for this?

This issue occurs both in Chrome and Safari. We are using Geocortex Essentials 4.13.3.

  Hi Ibrahim,

  A few questions to help narrow down this issue:

   

  1. What iOS version is your iPad?

   

  2. Are you using the drawing tools or an Essentials or Geocortex workflow?

   

   

  Also note that only Safari is the supported browser on iOS with GVH.

  We're not able to reproduce this issue with our devices and 4.13.3. Is there any custom configuration or environment-specific details that you might be able to share to help track down the issue?
