Certificate errors when accessing a virtual directory in a workflow
We have a Transform workflow which updates the images on a printed map, based on the type of map a user selects in the workflow. The static images, which are legend images, are stored in a virtual directory. This was working fine until we updated some certificates on the server, and now the URL to the virtual directory is not working, we are getting a security error. The first part of the error is shown below. Is there something we need to do at the Geocortex level to adjust to the updated certificates on this server?
System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Tami,
Thanks for your question. There can be a number of reasons why the certificate was rejected. Were there any more details in the logs?
Another thought would be to compare the new certificate with the old one to see what might be different that would cause this one to fail where the other was accepted. Maybe the new one needs to be added to the Trusted Certificates. Maybe it doesn't list all the same domain names as the old ones.
