Using an MMPK that includes Annotation Layers and Raster

We need to use an MMPK that includes also annotation layers and raster data.

• For raster data it looks like they are supported, we correctly see the layer inside geocortex go layers list, but not data is displayed
• For annotations, ArcGIS PRO does not support those layers in runtime content. Anyone has a workaround?
