Duplicate labels generated when printing a feature service

We are running essentials 4.14.2.0 and Geocortex Printing 5.9. When we go to print a pdf, the labels for the feature services are duplicated. It doesn't seem to have an issue with map services. In the attachments, the building foot prints are a map services whereas the light poles, controllers, etc are feature services.

 

Any ideas? Thanks!

  Hi @Stefan Schweigert? , we are also experiencing this issue with feature service labels (see image). May you please add me to the list of stakeholders? And do you know if this is on a roadmap to resolve? Thanks!

  Hi Stefan,

   

  When we are generating a Print using Geocortex Printing , any measurement (line or area) done on the map is printed without the labels on output pdf print template. is this correct behaviour or are we missing some steps to configure. please help.
