Is there a bug with 'customized labels' module when working with map services published through ArcGIS Pro (versus ArcMap)?

When one opens the dialog to change the labels, the labels disappear and there is no way to turn them back on, other than reloading application.

 

I published the same service with ArcMap and it works as expected.

 

We are running Geocortex Essentials/HTML5 version 4.12.

  The problem is also in Geocortex Essentials / HTML5 version 4.14.3. Does anyone know if it is fixed in 4.14.4?

  I'd like to be added as a stakeholder too. 
  Details: Like OP, only happens with Pro Runtime map services. Cannot reset to default. We are running Enterprise 10.9.1 and GVH 4.12. Seems to only happen to polygon layers.
