How to get rid of the message " Geocortex Mobile Viewer - License expired. Please contact your administrator " ?
I have an on-premise license expiring in 2030, so I don't know why I got this message in Geocortex Go.
Any help appreciated !

If you make a small change to the app then resave, does the message still appear in Go?

We have this message in the Geocortex Go log
And this one in the Geocortex.Mobile.Windows.log
And this somewhere else
None of these expired anyway...
So it looks like a Runtime License conflict...

What version of GXM Designer are you currently using? Do you also see the nag when you load the Try App?
I'm following up with the dev team as to what might be the cause of this.

We have 5.12.1 in prod environment, 5.11 in dev environment.
We don't have the message with the Try App...

Hi Guillaume,
Thanks for the details. Can you provide the "accountId" in your app's app.json (in the "$type": "licensing" app item) to stefan.schweigert(at)vertigis.com so I can confirm that appropriate ID is being stamped for your app? This can be viewed by exporting the app the opening the output zip file.
