Unable to Open/Save/Save as Projects

I deleted some projects via the Essential Manager 'Security & Data'/Data Store - Documents page. Now I am unable to save any new projects in my HTML5 viewer (the buttons are greyed out).

When I looked in 'Security & Data'/Data Store - Polices page I get 'An error occurred while processing your request.

[io failed] There was a problem interacting with the underlying data store.'

I have restarted the server, but it has not resolved this issue.

Can anyone help?
