Can I customize all print parameters?

It looks like I can only currently customize the Map Title and Notes parameters when using the custom Printing 5 widget for ArcGIS Online. Is there a way to customize the other parameters (map scale, resolution, grid)? I'd like to either customize them or remove them, if possible.

  I have same issue in VertiGIS print 5.30.1, I want the scale maps to be viewed as a dropdown list and read from default scales
