Template metadata error in button bar
When trying to run a Print activity from a workflow, we get this message in web traffic, and don't quite understand how to avoid this or how to troubleshoot:
bundle.js:1 Error in buttonBarCreateMap element's submit event in a Display Form activity: [WF: activity error] Unable to retrieve template metadata.
What is this referring to?

Hi Ryan,
That error indicates that the Run Print activity was unable to access the associated print template. The most likely cause is am invalid URL or lack of permissions for the user running the workflow.
Are you able to run this workflow successfully in the Workflow sandbox or Web?

@Ryan Kelley? This is a recent bug that we have identified that affects Run Print, Run Report and Run Workflow when run in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. The only workaround at this time is to make the item public in ArcGIS Online or Portal.
We hope to release a fix in the near future.

@Ryan Kelley? I'm happy to announce that we just launched Geocortex Workflow 5.22.2 today, which includes a fix for this bug. If you are using our SaaS environment, it should work for you now. If you are running on-premises, you will need to wait for the download link to be added to our website later today.
