    Hi Andrew,

I'll take a look into this issue. Do you mean that you are unable to load the sites in Manager or GVH?

    Thanks, Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

Good question. It looks like Manager loads fine, and its just when I access the Viewer I start to see errors and the page won't load.

Let me know if you want me to test anything else!

A few questions to help narrow things down:

    1. What security do you have on your map services/Portal?
    2. What security are you using to log into the viewer?
    3. Do you have a public site that I would be able to test against?

For questions 1 and 2, we are using ArcGIS Portal with windows active directory to secure map services, portal, and logging into Geocortex Essentials Viewer.

To your third question, I do have a site that you would be able to test against, but I would rather not post the URL on the forum. Is there another way I could send that link to you?

So it looks like I finally got an answer to this issue. The new update in Chrome and Edge had been causing internet traffic from Geocortex to be categorized differently, and was getting blocked by our internal firewall. The sites were able to be opened successfully once we made exceptions in the firewall.

Thanks for your update; that is useful information to have.

Please help us for the same issue. recently we found that our Geocortex essential manager interface is not able to load properly. on f12 developer tools it shows 40+ errors for GET (content URL) 500 (Internal Server Error). Please share with us the solution to rectify this issue.

    Many Thanks in Advance.

Hi Ahmed, the error we saw was related to blocks being made on our internal firewall. You'll have to check with your internal IT staff to see if they can whitelist internet traffic related to Geocortex if this is the same issue. Hopefully this helps!
