Intermittent JSON error in Workflow for GetFeatureLayerInfo

Workflow designer 4.14.4

 

I am experiencing an intermittent error when running an editing workflow. The error reads: "

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Work xyz failed. Unhandled exception: 'JSON string is invalid or not supported.' in activity '1.720.1: GetFeatureLayerInfo'. The wait operation timed out"

 

I'm not sure if this is just the server request timing out or if there is something else at play. I can't seem to find the GetFeatureLayerInfo request in my workflow anywhere. Any ideas on where to look (or how to decipher those activity numerics like 1.720.1)?

  You can search on activity number in the Search box in Workflow Designer.

  It is possible the activity is in a child workflow called with Invoke Workflow or Reference Workflow activities.

  Set the system log level to Debug and check the system log.

  You can also search on activity name e.g. in this case GetFeatureLayerInfo.
