    You can search on activity number in the Search box in Workflow Designer.

    It is possible the activity is in a child workflow called with Invoke Workflow or Reference Workflow activities.

    Set the system log level to Debug and check the system log.

    You can also search on activity name e.g. in this case GetFeatureLayerInfo.
