Not able to reference a map

I created a map in our portal, and when I am trying to reference it in essential manager, this what I AM GETTING.

The request aborted, could not create SSL/TSL secure connection.

I google it, but not getting a useful explanation of the issue.

I can add feature service to the essential without any issue, except this one.

Appreciate anyone knows how to resolve this issue.
