Unable to add feature to hosted feature service

I am trying to add a feature to a host feature service on ArcGIS enterprise, but I am not able. it displays an error.

ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.6.1

workflow : version 5

  Nabaz, I think you have to give some more details about what you do in your workflow, and what error message you get

  Thanks @Jostein Svegården? , I fond the issue, it was the datepicker, it is value contains ( , ), and the ArcGIS rest api does not accept that for date field. I removed it with replace function, the issue solved.
